Introducing Guest Stars at Fearless Girls Club

At Fearless Girls Club, we believe confidence comes from trying new things, stepping outside our comfort zones and seeing what's possible when we put our minds to it. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our Guest Star sessions (starting next half term), an exciting opportunity for our girls to meet inspiring women from all walks of life, try new skills and discover interests they never knew they had.

What Are Guest Star Sessions?

Every half term, we invite talented, passionate women to share their skills and stories with our club members. These Guest Stars come from a range of industries – science, the arts, technology, business, sports and beyond. Each session is designed to be interactive, giving our girls a chance to learn by doing. One week, they might be coding their first mini-game with a software developer; the next, they could be mastering dance moves from a professional choreographer.

These sessions aren’t just about learning new skills, they're about seeing girl power in action. They show our members that women are making an impact in every field imaginable and that they, too, can follow their own paths with confidence and courage.

Why It Matters

One of the best ways to build confidence is through exploration. Many young girls hesitate to try something new because they fear failure or feel certain paths aren’t ‘for them’. Our Guest Stars challenge those beliefs by demonstrating what’s possible. Whether it’s a scientist breaking boundaries in her lab, an artist turning imagination into reality, or an athlete pushing her limits, our Guest Stars show that success starts with simply giving something a go.

These sessions also encourage curiosity. Maybe a girl who never considered herself creative will find a love for painting. Perhaps someone who thought coding was ‘too hard’ will walk away inspired to build her own website. Guest Stars can open doors, sometimes to lifelong passions.

Who Can You Expect?

Each half term, we carefully select and invite Guest Stars to bring a variety of experiences and skills to our girls. Some examples include:

⚡Scientists & Engineers: Making STEM exciting with hands-on experiments

Every session is a chance to see fearless women in action and understand that every path, no matter how bold or unconventional, is open to them.
