Fearless Girls Club
Welcome to Fearless Girls Club where girls aged 8–11 get to unleash their power, build unshakable confidence and realise their full potential. With innovative activities, exciting challenges and inspiring guest sessions, we’re all about pushing boundaries and owning our space. Join our fearless community where girls rise together!
When and where?
We currently have two clubs:
⚡️Wednesdays: 6:00pm to 7:30pm, St Lawrence Church Hall, Chobham
⚡️Thursdays: 5:00pm to 6:30pm, St Michael's Church Hall, Sunninghill
The number of girls in each club session is capped at 20 (with two adult Club Leaders and up to three volunteer Quest Leaders) so we can provide individualised attention and support, and create a tight-knit group that feels safe and friendly.
How much does it cost?
Each 1.5 hour session is £10 and will be payable half-termly online or by BACS.
We believe every girl deserves the chance to build confidence and become fearless. If club costs are a challenge, we're here to help. We offer subsidised places to ensure that no-one misses out on the Fearless Girls Club experience. Please have a look at our Financial Assistance Policy and reach out to us confidentially at clubhouse@fearlessgirlsclub.co.uk, and we’ll work together to make sure your child can join us.
What happens at the club?
Focusing on one of our Confidence Quest areas each week and supported by older girls volunteering with us as Quest Leaders, each session includes:
-
Our Fearless Girls Club affirmations – I am bold, I am brave, I am fearless!
-
Our Opening Games: one or two carefully selected games that introduce our Confidence Quest topic for the week in a fun way.
-
An exciting themed activity exploring one of our Confidence Quests.
-
A Quest Reflection Circle to explore what we have learned about ourselves and others from the activity.
-
A Confidence Boost practical tool, introducing a different mindfulness or self-regulation technique each week to equip our girls with strategies to slow down, pay attention to the present moment, and develop better focus and self-awareness.
Once every half term, we hijack our usual programme to run a Guest Stars session: inviting inspiring women and girls with awesome talents, skills or experiences into our club session to showcase what they do. It could be a creative craft, a physical skill, a fascinating job or an incredible story. These sessions will be a chance to spark curiosity in new topics and ideas, and show our girls what’s possible for them in the world.
Here's what we got up to in our first half term:
