Introducing the Fearless Forum: Our New Youth Council!

We’re thrilled to introduce the Fearless Forum, the brand-new youth council for Fearless Girls Club! This is an exciting opportunity for our members and older girl volunteers (Quest Leaders) to have a real voice in shaping the future of their club, ensuring that Fearless Girls Club continues to inspire, empower and support them in the best way possible.

What is the Fearless Forum?

The Fearless Forum is a dedicated group of club members and Quest Leaders who will come together twice a year to share their ideas, provide feedback and help us plan what’s next. It’s a space where their voices matter, where they can make a difference and where they’ll play a key role in shaping the experiences of all Fearless Girls. From new activities and events to special projects, the Fearless Forum will help steer the direction of the club and make sure it remains exciting, relevant and impactful.

Who Can Join?

Any girl who is a current member at one of our after-school clubs can apply to be part of the Fearless Forum! We want a mix of different voices, perspectives and ideas to ensure our club reflects the needs and dreams of the girls we serve. Quest Leaders are also encouraged to apply, as their leadership and insight will be invaluable in making this initiative a success. We refresh Fearless Forum membership annually to ensure a diverse range of voices, give more girls the opportunity to lead and keep ideas fresh and relevant to the evolving needs of our members.

Why It Matters

At Fearless Girls Club, we believe in the power of listening to those we serve. Our mission is to build confidence and resilience in young girls, and what better way to do that than by letting them take an active role in shaping their own journey? The Fearless Forum ensures that the club isn’t just for the girls, it’s led by them. By giving them the chance to influence decisions, we’re reinforcing the values of leadership, teamwork and self-belief that we stand for.

What Are the Benefits?
