Introducing our new after-school club: Fearless Girls Club

Welcome to Fearless Girls Club, an innovative new after-school club designed to embolden girls, supercharge their confidence, and set them on the path to success (however they choose to define it). We know every girl has the potential to be a fearless leader, a bold communicator, a curious adventurer and a resilient young person. At Fearless Girls Club, we help unlock that potential by combining fun, interactive activities with proven, research-backed strategies to build confidence, self-esteem and resilience. ⚡What is Fearless Girls Club?

Fearless Girls Club is more than just an after-school club – it’s a space where girls aged 8 to 11 come together to explore their inner strength, develop life-changing skills, and build lasting friendships. Through our innovative Confidence Quests (unique, research-based activity modules), we guide girls through fun, engaging challenges that teach them how to speak up, lead, navigate body image pressures, put out friendship fires, and thrive in today’s digital world.

Our Confidence Quests are the heart of our programme – dynamic, empowering sessions where girls will take part in confidence-building activities that ignite their self-belief and resilience. Whether they’re learning to communicate more effectively, mastering leadership skills, or navigating the sometimes stormy seas of friendships and family relationships, the Confidence Quests are designed to help every girl shine in her own way.

⚡A Club Like No Other

What makes Fearless Girls Club stand out? Our unique approach not only focuses on helping girls aged 8–11, but also creates opportunities for older girls to take on leadership roles within the club. We’ve developed two leadership positions: Quest Leaders (ages 14–18; Years 10 to 13) and Junior Quest Leaders (ages 11–14; Years 7 to 9), where older girls can mentor and inspire their younger peers.

We believe that leadership begins at a young age, and through these roles, girls can gain valuable experience, boost their own confidence, and contribute to their community. Quest Leaders and Junior Quest Leaders are at the forefront of every session, guiding their younger peers through the Confidence Quests and acting as role models for the next generation of fearless girls.
