Freelance Club Leader
Are you passionate about empowering young girls to be confident, resilient and fearless? Fearless Girls Club is looking for a Club Leader to deliver our engaging, research-based sessions for girls aged 8 to 11.
Locations: Chobham (Wednesdays, 6–7:30pm) and/or Sunninghill (Thursdays, 5–6:30pm)
Pay: £40 per 1.5 hour session (including prep and feedback)
Start Date: April 2025
As a Club Leader, you’ll use our pre-planned and provided session materials to create a fun, safe and inspiring environment, guiding girls through activities that build confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills. You’ll oversee an Assistant Club Leader and young volunteers (Quest Leaders) while fostering positive relationships with the girls and their families.
We’re looking for:
✨ Experience leading or facilitating group activities for children
✨ A confident, engaging and supportive approach
✨ Passion for helping girls develop self-belief and resilience
✨ Ability to commit to weekly term-time sessions

Are you enthusiastic about supporting young girls to grow in confidence, resilience and self-belief? Fearless Girls Club is looking for an Assistant Club Leader to help deliver our fun, engaging sessions for girls aged 8 to 11.
Locations: Chobham (Wednesdays, 6–7:30pm) and/or Sunninghill (Thursdays, 5–6:30pm)
Pay: £20 per 1.5 hour session
Start Date: September 2025 (possibly sooner)
As an Assistant Club Leader, you’ll support the Club Leader in running weekly sessions, helping to create a positive, safe and inspiring environment. You’ll engage with the girls, lead small group activities, and encourage participation, while also supporting our young volunteers (Quest Leaders).
We’re looking for:

✨ A friendly, supportive and enthusiastic approach
✨ Passion for empowering girls to be bold and fearless
✨ Reliability and commitment to weekly term-time sessions
