What happens at the club?

Focusing on one of our Club Quest areas each week and supported by older girls volunteering with us as Quest Leaders, each session includes:

  • Our collaborative Club Doodle to help girls settle into the session and create a cool piece of artwork together over the year.

  • Our Fearless Girls Club affirmations – I am bold, I am brave, I am fearless!

  • One Good Thing: A chance to share and celebrate the best thing that’s happened in the last week.

  • A fun and challenging Club Quest.

  • A Reflection Circle to explore what we have learned about ourselves and others from the Quest.

  • A Confidence Boost practical tool, introducing a different mindfulness or self-regulation technique each week to equip our girls with strategies to slow down, pay attention to the present moment, and develop better focus and self-awareness.

  • Plus lots of games, stickers and prizes every week!

Every few weeks, we hijack our usual programme to run a Guest Stars session: inviting inspiring women and girls with awesome talents, skills or experiences into our club session to showcase what they do and let the girls have a go at trying something new.

Every new member is given a FREE club sticker journal – a colourful fun place to collect their weekly progress stickers, display their coveted end-of-half-term vinyl stickers, and stay connected to the Club’s adventures even outside sessions.

"Belonging to the club has been quite transformative for my daughter. She said that she now has the strategies to deal with friendship difficulties in a better way than just getting cross or crying. During the sats she has been repeating the Fearless Girls affirmation and that has given her the confidence to just keep trying. Above all, she feels that when she’s in a tricky situation she can say to herself ‘you are a fearless girl’. I can’t thank you enough for the amazing and important work you are doing."
